| If investors have interest in your proposal,
we will arrange a meeting. This meeting will last for within an hour
and begin with a presentation from yourselves, followed by questions. |

Investors will access the commercial
and financial aspects of your business. They discuss
and agree of the structure of an investment with you. |

| _ Step5. Due Diligence |
Commercial and financial due diligence
is performed to confirm the accuracy of the
information that has been supplied. |

If the results of the due diligence
are satisfactory, investment will be completed and
